I remember when I used to be afraid to get out and explore when @dequanmjones was away. There was something about driving somewhere by myself in a country where I don't know the language that was so frightening to me, and during our first season abroad, I let fear keep me from going a lot of places. Unless we had family in town or one of the other WAGS was down to go, when hubby was gone, I literally stayed in the house - the entire time. Now that we've been around the block a few times, I refuse to let fear keep me cooped up in the house. Don't get me wrong, I'm always careful and alert, but I go and I do even if it means I have to go and do by myself. This girl's got a country to see!
