So breakfast is a thing here in Israel. A BIG thing. Israeli breakfast is so popular, and from what I've read, it's a shareable meal consisting of salads, cheeses, olives, and a whole array of goodies that are a little bit different than what we traditionally have for breakfast back home. I haven't had a chance to try a proper Israeli breakfast yet (and until then, it's overnight oats, omelettes, and your occasional waffles and pancakes at home - so I'm not complaining) because I want my first experience to be everything it should be!
