It’s about understanding that our community’s challenges — and solutions — belong to all of us. 📍Today, we’re highlighting a few leaders who showed us what collective work truly looks like: • Bayard Rustin — One of the lesser known, but one of the most important civil rights figures. -Key organizer of the March on Washington 
• Benjamin E. Mays — Former Morehouse President and educator, who believed leadership was a community obligation, shaping generations through HBCUs and mentorship. 
• Dorothy Height — A bridge builder who united civil rights and women’s rights movements, centering collective progress over personal spotlight. She was also the 10th National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Their work reminds us that Ujima isn’t about who gets credit — it’s about who shows up for the work. 🖤❤️💚
