Ava Naghshineh graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Grainger College of Engineering. Hailing from Wilmette, Illinois, Ava has marched in the mellophone section for all four years of undergrad. Her next step is to begin her professional career at International Motors (formerly Navistar) as a part of their Operations Management Development Program! “Attitude defines more than ability.
