It’s time for another senior recognition… Alexis graduated from the College of Fine and Applied Arts with a degree in Music Education. She is from York, Pennsylvania and has been part of the tenor saxophone section for 4 years while serving as music section leader for the last two years. This coming school year, Alexis will return to Pennsylvania to serve as the High School and Middle School Band Director at Hanover Public High School and Middle School in Hanover, Pennsylvania. “Being in the Marching Illini has been my absolute favorite part of attending the University of Illinois and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Getting to do my greatest passion with my now lifelong friends is the greatest gift I could ask for! Savor every single moment you have, my only regret is not doing more!” Congratulations, Alexis!
