10x Giant sets of 20-25reps:
1. Incline Chest Press
2. Preacher/Machine curl
3. DB (cheat) curls [shorter ROM]
BFR bands are optional (but use less weight with it)
Keep rest times minimal (15-30s between exercises and 1min between sets)
Start with a weight (after warm up) you can finish all 10 sets with [or add]
