Two people are dead after a major rollover crash on Wednesday morning in Madera County. The crash was at Avenue 13 and Road 23. CHP Madera says the crash involves a semi truck and an SUV. Initial investigations show that a Honda CR-V was travelling west on Avenue 13, approaching a stop sign. The Honda proceeded through the intersection, directly into the path of an oncoming big rig that had no stop sign and had the right of way. The SUV had five people inside, and four were ejected from the vehicle. Two people were pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
