Hi everyone! I thought about doing one of those wrap-up posts about 2025 but decided I’d rather do what I always do: cook while telling stories. This one is about my maternal grandmother who loved making dumplings or mandu (만두) with kimchi and tofu. Not sure how she’d feel about “mandu lasagna” but this was a fun viral recipe to try!
