Meet Kristen, Sr. Manager, Shop Planning and Development for the Americas Marketing team. Kristen is a Leader of UA’s BEAT (Black Employees Achieving Together) Teammate Resource Group, and today she shares how the experience has provided her with opportunities to build relationships across the business and to influence change in the company. “It’s important to me that we provide our Black teammates the ability to collaborate with each other, network across business units and to most importantly bond over common values and goals within our community.
