Over 2,000 teammates from around the world took a pause from their typical work routine to come together and participate in the inaugural session of our new diversity and inclusion series - UA's Day of Understanding. ⁣ ⁣ The full day of virtual programming provided teammates the opportunity to experience eye-opening and inspiring perspectives through meditation with Jeffery Johnson, education on the history of racism and ways to disrupt it in modern day times with Mary-Frances Winters, an educational session and dialogue on structural inequality by Natalie Gillard , as well as an opportunity to hear from a few of UA's leaders on racism, bias, prejudice and discrimination. ⁣ ⁣ Ultimately, the day marked another important step forward in Under Armour's journey to live out our Brand values, embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment where all teammates can thrive.
