It’s the EVERY DAY fa me! Collective consistency is the tough part. Easy to be on board for one practice, but over time, when things don’t go your way, real character is revealed. Last year, I spoke to a WNBA coach who shared with me that it was a challenge for her to get everyone on the same page. That’s the thing, it ain’t easy!…that is, when you have people with selfish mentalities 👎🏿 all it takes is one or two toxic energies to mess up the whole team vibe.
