Words feel small compared to what this game and journey has meant to me but I’m closing this chapter with nothing but gratitude! This sport truly raised me, it broke me, rebuilt me and taught me strength I didn’t know I had. From the little 8 year old girl who fell in love with volleyball to the woman who put on this jersey for the last time… thank you. This journey would not have been the same without every single one of my teammates, coaches, trainers, family and friends! To the group this year, you made this experience absolutely everything! You have all shaped me, challenged me, lifted me, and loved me through every high and low. To the adversity with the injuries, surgeries, and setbacks that took pieces of me I wasn’t sure I’d ever get back… thank you.
