We first spotted the recipe for Yummies in a Virginia cookbook, Oh My Stars!, the cookbook of the Junior League of the Roanoke Valley. The name, of course, stopped us in our cookbook-perusing tracks. Ingredients: -7 Tbsp. (3 1/2 oz.) unsalted butter, softened, divided -3 cups miniature marshmallows (from 1 [16-oz.] pkg.) -1 cup chunky peanut butter (such as Smuckers) -1/2 cup light corn syrup -6 cups Special K Original cereal -1 cup butterscotch chips -1 cup semisweet chocolate chips -Flaky sea salt Directions: -Gather all ingredients. Grease a 9-x 9-inch baking pan with 2 tablespoons of the butter. -Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a Dutch oven over medium-low, about 1 minute.
