The new year isn’t some magical reset. It’s a mirror. And it reflects back every truth we’ve been trying to ignore. Here are a few uncomfortable truths I’m carrying with me into 2026: ➡️ Your energy is a luxury, not a discount ➡️ Being right can cost you the relationship ➡️ What you don’t repair you will relay to the next generation ➡️ Once trust is broken, you may rebuild a relationship but the version of that relationship is gone forever ➡️ You’re going to fail and that’s exactly how you grow ➡️ What's holding you back isn't the future...it's fear ➡️ Living in a constant "what if?" traps you in the past ➡️ The sacrifices no one sees are what build the legacy everyone praises ➡️ You’re going to be scared.
