Happy New Year! Every year during the week between Christmas and the New Year, I set aside some time to reflect on the previous year and to set intentions (not goals)for the year ahead. Yesterday, I worked on setting personal, professional, health, and spiritual intentions for myself. I also like to set a word or value to focus on each year. My key word for 2026 is optimism. 2025 was challenging in so many ways, but I’ve realized the most important thing in the face of adversity is the way we meet it. Attitude is everything. When you’re a mom and a business owner, it’s easy to feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders at times. While the stresses of life may not change, I’m committed to remaining optimistic and finding the joy in each day. This year, I’m choosing optimism, joy, hope, presence, alignment, and abundance.
