What youβll need π
β’ 1 cup chickpea noodles (or any pasta of choice)
β’ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
β’ 1 Sprout Plant-Based Protein Pouch
β’ 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
β’ 1/4 cup half and half (or dairy-free alternative)
β’ Pinch of salt (optional)
How to make it π
β’ Cook your pasta noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
β’ In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin puree, Sprout pouch, half and half, and feta cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy (about 3-5 minutes).
β’ Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir well to coat the noodles. Let it cool slightly before serving to your toddler. You can sprinkle a little extra feta on top for added flavor!
