Dairy-Free Christmas Cracker Candy:
1 sleeve saltines
1 stick DF butter (i use countrycrock plant butter)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
festive sprinkles🎄❤️💚
do this:
melt the butter + sugar for 3 minutes on medium-high heat (don’t skip this; it makes a difference).
pour over crackers, bake 5–7 mins on 350°, melt chocolate on top, add sprinkles, freeze 30 min, then crack + enjoy😘
