Kamsi was just a tiny little thing on my shoulder, YESTERDAY. i remember being newly postpartum for the fifth time. running on little sleep, my body was different, still healing, mentally and physically. i’d been here before and knew the drill, though. i wasn’t in any rush to get my body back because with consistency, patience, and grace, i would rebuild it. there’s something about respecting the season you’re in and not rushing it, and i’m so glad i didn’t.
it’s taken me about two years to really feel like myself again. the newborn season can feel slow and fast all at once... but it doesn’t last forever🙏🏽! God used all five of my newborn seasons to strengthen me in ways only He could, mentally, physically, and spiritually. you’ll see, He’s building something beautiful in you too. hang in there, mama. 🤍
