Not that toddlers need a ton of protein, but protein + fiber def help keep tummies satisfied longer! These are just some of my Costco favorites + ways I serve them bc feeding ourselves and our littles doesn’t have to be complicated 🙂↔️

babybel rounds
Dave’s killer bread
Gonana’s banana bread muffin mix (egg free!)
crispy coconut rolls
full fat Greek yogurt & whole milk
Bare apple chips
Bear fruit splits
That’s it bars
Honest juice boxes (for a “fun” drink) + Poppi (for mama)
Chicken tendies or nugs
& quite literally the whole store if I had an army of kids to feed
Remember, adult food can be kid food too 🫶🏼
