Mindful eating tips you can try this Diwali season: 1. Load up on lean protein prior to the party! Lean protein means it has very little calories with close to 0 fat or carbs. Ovo-vegetarian options: low fat Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, protein supplements (comment “protein” for a link), and egg white. - why this works?
