This past weekend I got to witness what it truly means to be a teammate. Half way through the first period the teams goalie got injured. With a lot of game left the team was faced with a tough decision of what to do. Without hesitation this individual volunteered to step into the net. Did she know what she was doing? No but she made some amazing saves and she new it’s what needed to be done to help the team. You win as a team and you loose as a team.
