#ncaahockey 💥 It’s in the moments when you stand against giants that you learn the most about yourself. The LIU men’s hockey team went toe to toe with No. 11 @uconnmhoc and never backed down no fear, no hesitation, no surrender. Entering the third period, they trailed just 1–0 after battling hard shift by shift. The Sharks ultimately fell 4–1, but the fight never faded. Goalie Daniel Duris was outstanding, stopping 38 shots in 49 minutes of play, proving he can stand tall against the best and won’t back down from any challenge. @b.riles3 and his squad have plenty to be proud of.
