Back at Los Weyes de la Asada and once again I loved every bite! We ordered from the sharing menu and split the Nachos Chingones and the Papa Chingona… both loaded, both unreal. The nachos came stacked with asada, chorizo, campechanos, all the fixings, and those house pickled jalapeños 🤌 The Papa Chingona? So yummy and filling topped with asada, grilled cheese, crema, guac, salsa, onion, and cilantro. We tried a few of their homemade salsas and every single one delivered, but the salsa de árbol stole the show. Sarah had to try the Mamón Taco and she’s officially hooked.
