This restaurant in Portland deserves all the credit it gets. mr.tuna_maine chef jordan__rubin was foodandwine best new chef and their tuna de tigre was on the nytimes list of best dishes in America. I have never had a bad meal here, the seafood is always fresh and there’s always great options, the menu has so many to choose from.
