Introducing Centr Pilates Fusion from Centr x lpfromme.
An 8-week hybrid program that blends strength training with Pilates to sculpt lean muscle and build lasting strength. You’ll train 4–5 days per week (35–50 minutes each), moving through structured phases that improve balance, posture, mobility, and total-body control using dumbbells, resistance bands, and a Pilates ball.
Pilates Fusion is one of three new programs in the Start Strong Challenge, launching Monday, January 5.
