Being part of BBFD has opened my eyes to the challenges all communities face—challenges that often go unseen unless you’re paying attention. It’s been so meaningful to not only learn about food insecurity but to actively fight it alongside other students. One of the coolest parts has been seeing the tangible impact we’ve made—whether it’s a full barrel, a donation total, or knowing a family has food on the table because of our efforts.
