❤️💜 PAPER HEART DOILIE BALLOONS ❤️💜 I love any excuse to experiment with new balloon ideas I’ve been wanting to use these paper heart doilies in a Valentine’s Day balloon design and after struggling to think of anything, the light bulb moment hit HI-FLOAT was the answer. I used hifloat as a gentle adhesive to attach the doilies directly onto latex balloons, and it worked perfectly. Since HI-FLOAT is made specifically for latex balloon treatment, I knew it would dry flexible, not crack, and most importantly wouldn’t damage or pop the balloon. Total win. This DIY balloon technique was so easy. Just brush a light layer of HI-FLOAT onto the balloon, press the doily on top, and let it dry.
