I do think Ryan was the best at it 🏡🌾 We had the best time learning how to spread the rice-and-water mixture over steaming water over a canvas and watching how quickly it turns into rice paper. Simple, hands-on, and absolutely delicious. Just rice and water — soaked, ground, steamed, and dried — that’s it. Seeing how easy and traditional it is made it even more special. ✨ The lovely woman also showed us Traditional Bánh Tráng Mè, rice paper mixed with black sesame seeds.
