UPDATE: Florida State acquired three interior offensive linemen in the portal with Purdue’s Bradyn Joiner, Bowling Green’s Nate Pabst, and Troy’s Paul Bowling. While interior offensive linemen are important in Gus Malzahn’s scheme, the Seminoles need to acquire offensive tackle transfers as well. Florida State had Louisiana offensive tackle transfer Bryant Williams visit campus earlier in the portal window, but TheState’s Jordan Kaye reported that the favorite in his recruitment is South Carolina. The Seminoles have also hosted Auburn offensive tackle transfer Xavier Chaplin on a visit.
