#BLPAngels 🥺🕊️ Master Corporal John Raymond Nicholson, 57, a devoted member of the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections, tragically lost his life in a crash on New Year’s Eve in Crofton, according to Anne Arundel County police. Investigators said his pickup truck left the roadway and struck a pole around 7:40 p.m., and he was pronounced gone at the scene. Earlier that same day, Nicholson had officially retired after more than two decades of faithful service. Known affectionately as “Big Nic,” he was remembered by colleagues for his leadership, kindness, and the positive spirit he brought to everyone he encountered. As his family, friends, and coworkers mourn this heartbreaking loss, prayers are being lifted for all who knew and loved him.
