It was an honor and a privilege to be the Keynote speaker for the annual United Way kickoff campaign of Oswego County. The theme was United with a purpose! When we all come together with a common purpose and goal we can create positive change right here in our community. Never in a million years did I think I would be speaking to people about uniting with a purpose, about coming together as one to make change. It all started with my passion for the game of basketball which eventually led me to my purpose…Helping others! Things don’t always go as planned but one thing we can always do is give effort to try and bring people together to create positive change in our community!
