In the early morning of Saturday, January 3, US forces bombed several military and civilian sites in Caracas, Venezuela and captured Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores in an unexpected move, and the world is divided on what to think. After attacking locations including the Fuerte Tiuna military complex, the Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda airbase, and general headquarters of the Bolivarian Militia in Caracas, US special forces captured Maduro and Flores at one of their safe houses, and the couple is now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting arraignment.
