I called this part of the album - the promise. These were choruses I wrote over the last 7 years. Simple melodies, lyrics, and chords that carried me. This part of the album is meant to be listened to all the way through as it flows from one song to the next. I wrote all of these songs on my piano and was so happy to play and produce these songs in the studio because they are so close to my heart.
