There's a new face on the Philadelphia Phillies' coaching staff. The team announced on Monday that Don Mattingly, also known as "Donnie Baseball," will be the new bench coach. Mattingly's son is Phillies general manager Preston Mattingly. The 64-year-old left his job at the Toronto Blue Jays after three seasons. Mattingly is still waiting for his call to the Hall. He fell six votes shy of being elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame this year by the 16-member Contemporary Baseball Era Committee. #donniebaseball #donmattingly #mlb #philadelphia #phillies #philadelphiaphillies
