Have you heard about PRP? I just got 3 injections in the same day (because I’m a trooper) and here’s what happened. I really hate needles so I can’t show you video of any of the parts where they’re actually putting a needle in my body (5 times including the blood draws) But here’s some videos of me, dancing in my silly paper, shorts and knitting while I wait for them to spin the blood. The injections went really well! I didn’t even feel that bad afterwards and just slightly sore the next day. I’ll be back to running this weekend!
