It’s been a challenging start to the year to say the least, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what courage actually looks like in real life. Not the big, dramatic moments that get shared and celebrated, but the daily, unseen difficulties we all have to face. On those days, courage looks different from what we think. It’s often just putting one foot in front of the other and doing the next right thing. That’s how confidence is really built. Each time you face something like that, you’re teaching yourself, I can handle this. And that trust you build with yourself adds up in ways you don’t always see right away. So if you’re in a season where all you’re able to do is take it one day at a time, or one step at a time, please know that it matters.
