I’ve travelling a lot this year in my van Betty and the place that surprised me the most was Scotland! My dad is Scottish, I have a lot of family up there, I was aware it’s beautiful, but the stars really aligned that week and I had the most magical time! This was the second week of May, and the sun did not stop shinning. Scotland is beautiful come rain or shine but this meant I could do so much swimming. I was even in a bikini on a beach in the north of Scotland, never thought I’d see the day! The NC500 is a 516 mile round route that takes you around the north coast of Scotland, I had never done it before and it exceeded all expectations!
