What did I do by myself in Germany for a week? Swimming, eating, swimming, made pancakes, and you guessed it- more swimming 👀🏊‍♀️ I had a week between my friend visiting in Italy and my boyfriend coming out to explore by myself. It was a solid 32 degrees (even though it was forecast thunderstorms) all week, so I decided to visit Germany for the week and I wasn’t disappointed! Turns out the lakes in Germany are just as beautiful as Italy. After a van reset in Austria and swimming in the river I headed to Lake Walchensee where I ended up staying for a few days because it stole my heart! grassy access to a lake, with a book and a pack lunch is exactly what I needed. I also spent a day at Ostersee ponds or lake? Which was equally as beautiful, before heading back down through Austria.
