Words have power, and once released they can’t be taken back. This is even more essential to understand with digital communication that lives on forever. Texts can be taken out of context, incorrect information can be learned from non-vetted sources, and things like making a call can cause anxiety. Communication is the key to success across a lifetime. As we become more dependent on apps and technology to communicate, we’re finding it harder to have face-to-face conversations. This is one of the most important skills we can be teaching our children in the digital age.
