Raced ourselves all the way into the A-Main at @dmssafetyman on Sunday! The third and final day of New Years Bash weekend was a bit of a roller coaster, but we’re thankful to have learned a lot and bring a car home in one piece. Tryson qualified 20th out of 34 cars which sent him to the outside pole of the B-Main. It quickly turned into one of the most fun and impressive races T has driven. He made several great moves and eventually crossed the line third, which locked him into the main show! Fast forward to the A-Main, Tryson started at the tail of the 21 car field. He knew his main assignment: apply what you already know and learn something new. He laid down some fast times and eventually passed some cars. He got a little ancy and drove it in a little hard with 5 laps to go and spun to bring out the caution. Luckily he had no damage and was able to finish the race and brought the #5 home in P18.
