Parks and public art can provide peace and respite during difficult times. This winter we’re proud to host “Carved in Snow: Stories of Land & Legacy.”
The first of four large-scale snow sculptures planned at downtown riverfront parks is complete at Mill Ruins Park. Team Kwe will be carving at Father Hennepin Park next week, followed by Nicollet Island and Graco Park.
