We were craving something other than traditional Christmas/New Years fare and Mexican food is always a comfort for us. From the creamy elite corn dip, to filled to the brim tacos, to sizzling fajitas, there was deliciousness in every bite. I also tried the Rio hibachi and I’m pretty sure that’s going to be my go to meal from here on out. Also, don’t forget to grab a drink to go with your meal. They have several refreshing drafts on tap and some of the best traditional and seasonal margs around among other delicious cocktails.
