Semi Finals are coming fast and some workouts are starting to get announced! My coach Michele Letendre and another one of her athletes Freya Moosbrugger are in town for a week long training camp. Since my coach lives on the other side of the country its pretty rare that I get to spend some in person training time with her, and I also train mostly by myself year round so having Freya in town was a huge bonus and lots of fun this week. Unfortunately the weather was pretty uncooperative so we had to spend our first session inside a cramped garage, but this gave us lots of time to catch up and gossip while getting a little bit of training in before we go HARD in our second session in Part 2!
