Chabad maintains one of the largest global networks of outreach centers in Jewish life. According to recent statistics, there are about 3,500 Chabad houses and centers worldwide — synagogues, community hubs, educational sites, and outreach institutions serving Jewish life in more than 100 countries and territories. These centers are staffed by thousands of shluchim (emissary families) working to strengthen Jewish identity and community everywhere from major cities to remote outposts.
