#techniquetuesday - as next week i begin my conscription into The Workforce i'm trying to think of some pieces that I've found that work every aspect of one's technique. pieces that are like those green supplements you can put in protein shakes or trusty total body workouts like pushups, idk man. i've always felt that if i can play like the fandango from rodrigo's tres piezas or from the scales to start of the major section of the chaconne in a way i'm happy with generally things are going well for me physically. so in that way i'm thinking of doing some work on a set of paganini caprices to keep everything healthy and fit (and also i've kinda come to find that i really enjoy the paganini caprices). i'm also wondering if anyone else has pieces or etudes or whatever that if they can play well they feel really solid in the physical side or pumping that nylon??? uh i'm not really sure what being a Working Boy will do to my practicing or my harvest of content just yet and frankly i'm a bit...
