alright so it's #ashwednesday aka the beginning of savior szn aka the beginning of filet o' fish szn aka the beginning of an important szn for many folks (thinking of you mom). i dunno how much i get down with the jesus gang anymore on a personal level but there is something about the poetry of sacrifice and love and D E S T I N Y that's appealing on some level or another even if the whole eating jc's body as a ritual thing is a bit far out for me, dude. anyway's this is from the bach chaconne, a piece about death and life and loss and all that meaty stuff and is also in my opinion the absolute best thing ever composed. regardless of if you're observing today or are into religion or not this piece invites us all to consider loss as part of the human experience and how loss has touched us all in some way or another. yeah so uh i hope you're all drinking your water and moisturizing your face regularly and you can probably not expect me to be emotionally vulnerable #online again for a w...
