This week’s Performer of the Week goes to Cullen Krogh. Cullen ran a lifetime best for 5,000m in the Homecoming Firebird 5K with a time of 19:00.5. This was an 89 second improvement from last year’s Homecoming Race. Hard work pays off! #WeGetBetter #GoBirds 🔥🦅🔥
