Players & staff have been recognised for their hard work and dedication to the club at our awards evening on Friday. Club captain Chris Goulding took home the MVP award for a spectacular season, putting up his best scoring numbers since the 2019-20 season. Big-man Marcus Lee was honoured for his effort protecting the hoop, earning the Defensive Player of the Year award. The SHARE Award, which goes to the player who best exemplifies the club’s values, went to Callum Dalton. Coming off what he described as “the hardest year of my life” following an ACL tear last season, Dalton worked diligently to return to the court in NBL23. Off the court, the Vince Crivelli Club Person of the Year award went to Community & Engagement Manager Nicola Parkinson for her efforts connecting the club with their supporters at the grassroots level.
