I feel like we are really making a difference 💫 This last 4 days has been such an amazing experience working directly with the Next Generation ! From teaching them about hydration , good positive nutrition , the importance of sleep , activity and adventure > iPads and technology , Being kind and Being confident !! Into Fitness session learning how to move well and use our fitness , it’s been so rewarding to see them all thrive ! I feel so lucky to have 2 best friends I can build this initiative with and how we all align with the ethos of bettering these kids understanding and in turn hopefully their futures !
