Today in #LatinaPayDay and according to the US Census Bureau, in 2023, all Latinas with reported earnings were paid 51 cents to the dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men. This includes Latinas working full time, part time, part year and seasonally. And yet, #LatinasLeadChange. Latinas are the fastest-growing group of business owners in the United States. We’ve created jobs, change, and have contributed to our collective culture; despite this unacceptable disparity. Now imagine what else we could do if we were just paid fairly.
